Global Gender Pay Figures at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø

In some countries where we operate, it’s compulsory to report annually on gender pay gaps (you can find our filings for those at the bottom of this page). We want to be more transparent, so we have voluntarily shared our current gender pay gaps across all our global locations. This data (correct as of 2nd October 2023) compares pay rates for men and women across our operations- which span 270 locations in 30 countries! We still have work to do… and have a variety of initiatives underway to drive continued positive change.

We are committed to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) targets and ambitions. To help us work towards them, we have a variety of initiatives and programs underway at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø. For example, we recently launched our Accelerator Program for women to nurture the growth of 16 outstanding individuals who we believe can shape the future of ²ÝÁñÉçÇø.
